1. Q:What’s the lead time of sample order and bulk order?
    A:Usually for sample order, 7 work days is ok if stock available. For bulk order, it depends on the quantity, generally it will takes 25-30 days after receive the deposit.

2. Q:What’s the packing details?
    A: European standard packing: Ordinary packing:Poly bag + white box + master carton.
We also can make your custom design.

3. Q: What’s your MOQ?
    A: Our MOQ is 200PCS for LED, 500PCS for housing,welcome to sample order.

4. Q: I want to use the other chip or dimmable, if possible?
    A: Yes, we usually use BRIDGELUX, but some times also use CREE or Epistar , we also have projects to do the dimmable, this is not a problem.

5. Q: What’s the warranty?
    A: 2 years.
